3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after verification and approval by mdm97. The account details used for withdrawal must match the details provided at the time of deposit. Any mismatch may delay your withdrawal.

Any user who attempts a chargeback on a payment will have their account immediately suspended and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3.3 Financial Responsibilities

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own payment account. If a deposit is found to have been made using another person's card or account, it will be treated as fraud and handled in accordance with the law.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mdm97 offers a 100% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. A minimum deposit of 20,000 Ks is required to claim this bonus. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks. To make a withdrawal, you need to wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person
  • After receiving a bonus, a balance restriction applies until the wagering requirement is met and before any withdrawal is made
  • If you prefer to play without a bonus, you can select the "Bonus Opt-Out" option at the time of deposit
  • If an attempt to claim a bonus through means that violate our policy is detected, the bonus will be voided

4.3 VIP Program Cashback

mdm97's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The higher your tier, the more cashback you can earn.

Gaming Policy

5.1 Fair Play

All games at mdm97 are run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play for every player. No player can predict or manipulate game outcomes in advance.

5.2 Game Interruptions and Errors

If a game is suddenly interrupted due to a technical failure, mdm97 will review the system logs and resolve the issue. However, mdm97 will not be held responsible for any loss of funds caused by such errors.

5.3 Abuse and Harassment Policy

Players must not verbally abuse, threaten, or harass live casino dealers, staff, or other players. If such behaviour is detected, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Please note that if a player is found to be deliberately exploiting a game bug for gain, any winnings or funds obtained from that play may be forfeited.
